Spreading over 115 acres and located near to the heart of Newmarket, Mertoun Paddocks is the most recent addition to the Templeton group. Since January 2009 the farm has been leased from the Duke of Sutherland’s Stetchworth Estate and is rapidly evolving into an eye - catching and versatile equine facility. Positioned within ½ mile to Tattersalls and close to the major Newmarket stud farms, Mertoun Paddocs offers a comprehensive range of facilities on either a short term or a long-term basis, particularly in the breeding and sales season. Mertoun Paddocks also provides an ideal independent setting to arrange private sales.
